Welcome to the Cinema/Television Department

On behalf of the faculty in the Cinema/Television department, I want extend a warm welcome to all new and returning students to LACC!  I hope you will have a rewarding and successful academic year.  The Office of Chairperson Joni Varner and the Cinema/TV faculty are here to support your success as a student at Los Angeles City College.  To that end, we want to ensure that you know how to locate the wide variety of resources available to you and that you are aware of and have easy access to the policies and regulations that pertain to you as a student such as the cinema equipment department, maintenance departments, Studio A,B,C, green screen room, prop rooms, rehearsal rooms, make-up/wardrobe rooms, and the editing rooms to make your communication needs a success.
